Off Season Lifting *Amended*

All players are expected to be conditioning during the off season if they are not currently involved in another sport.  If a player is deciding between lifting or attending summer ball, it is more beneficial based on the availability of the turf and weight room to go to summer ball.  The weight room schedule is below.  Click on the month you want to see what day and what time the weight room is open and staffed by Coach Stevens
