Mulch Sales Blitz

Starting Monday February 8th, Worthington is wide open for any player to sell to anyone, even those not on their list.

The weekend of February 20th and 21st is our canvassing weekend. Saturday hours will be from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM and Sunday from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.  We will meet at the TWHS fieldhouse.  During this weekend the sales teams will knock on every door in the Worthington school district to sell mulch or collect donations.

As you can probably guess, these events will require the help of many adult volunteers.  For the 2/7 sales blitz, I can use a few parents to help pass out packets, and general organization.

For the canvassing weekend, we will need up to 17 adult drivers, per day, to take a sales team out to their assigned zones and follow them as they canvass door to door.  With about 70 families participating in the lacrosse program this upcoming season, we should have no problem filling these important driving positions.

Additionally our mulch sale will result in over 1000 individual orders that will need to be entered into the sales database.  The database is a Microsoft Access database and I would like to have 3 - 4 volunteers that have MS Access installed on a PC (better if it is a laptop) to help enter orders.  If you can help with this we will be having a training session during the sales blitz.
