Winter Lifting/Training

All players not doing a Winter sport are strongly encouraged to meet in the weight room to increase their strength and injury prevention workouts. Coach Stevens has made several sessions available for the lacrosse program to work with the entire team. Handbooks will be distributed to each player.  Bring your stick and a ball to throw on the wall outside as well.

The lifting/training sessions will be:

  • MWF after school
    • Use the Schedule page to identify times during non school weeks or holidays

From Coach Galipault: "If parents want to carpool players or allow older players to drive their sons then please discuss this with the player and their parent.  I do encourage this in order to create healthy bonding of players and to take care of everyone in the program.  I can only encourage players to be here, but parents can mandate it."
