Jeff is entering his ninth season as an Assistant Coach with the Cardinals.  A 1998 graduate of Thomas Worthington, he was a 3 year letter-winner at midfield earning All-Midwest honors his Senior year and was also a member of the 1996 State Championship team.  Coach Irwin began coaching in 1999 at Worthingway Middle School where he coached for four years as an Assitant and Head Coach before joining the Cardinals coaching staff in 2003.  A past-President and active member of the Worthington Alumni Lacrosse Association (WALA), he is a graduate of The Ohio State University.
