***FIND A 15ft-30ft CONCRETE/BRICK WALL*** 

  • 40 x’s Right Hand Close (5-10 yards back)
  • 40 x’s Left Hand Close (5-10 yards back)
  • 20 x’s Right Hand Far (15 yards back)
  • 20 x’s Left Hand Far (15 yards back)
  • 15 x’s Throw Right, Catch Left (10-20 yards back)
  • 15 x’s Throw Left, Catch Right (10-20 yards back)
  • 20 x’s One-Handed Pass Close (5 yards back)
  • 10 x’s Behind the Back (5-15 yards back)

With a Goal (place goal 90° across body from your throwing hand, you’re facing the wall)

  • 2 Sets of 10 x’s Right Hand Pass-Catch-Shoot Close (1 step max)
  • 2 Sets of 10 x’s Right Hand Pass-Catch-Steps-Shoot Far (3 step motion for outside shot)

Move Goal to Other Side (90° across body from your throwing hand, you’re facing the wall)

  • 2 Sets of 10 x’s Left Hand Pass-Catch-Shoot Close (1 step max)
  • 2 Sets of 10 x’s Left Hand Pass-Catch-Steps-Shoot Far (3 step motion for outside shot)


*KEYS TO FOCUS ON*

Inside close catches should ALWAYS be made behind your head

Build up to a Catch into a Cradle (catching behind your head)

ALWAYS use both hands
