Spring 2013 Registration
Registration for the Spring 2013 Lacrosse season is now open!
Registrations for the Spring 2013 season will be taken through the second week of March. Here are the registration forms. Pages 1 and 3 need to be filled out and submitted with a check made out to MADLax in order to complete the registration process.
PLEASE NOTE: Players will not be permitted to practice with the team until the registration forms and the fees have been received!

We anticipate to schedule 8 to 12 games for the 2013 season
