SBCC Goes 1-1 on Final Day at ShootoutBox Score
Feb. 14, 2010  Santa Barbara, CA - The Vaqueros played two games on the last day of the 22nd Annual Santa Barbara Shootout Sponsored by Brine and won one game and lost one game. The SBCC women's lacrosse club started the day with an 18-13 win over USC 'B' after leading that game 9-8 at halftime. Against San Jose State in their afternoon game the Vaqueros were up 5-4 at halftime but got into foul trouble during the second half and dropped a 10-6 decision to the Spartans.
The young SBCC squad is now 3-2 on the season. The Vaqueros go into a BYE weekend before resuming play on Saturday, February 27th, when UNLV comes to town to play both UCSB 'B' and SBCC.
