2022 Japan Tour Itinerary

The itinerary below was for June 2022. Most of it will be in place for 2023. Itinerary subject to change based on Japan Lacrosse Association (JLA) decisions.

Tuesday	June 21st	Depart from Los Angeles Airport (LAX) and arrive in Nagoya, Japan next day. Click here for information about the International Date Line.	Overnight Flight
Wednesday	June 22nd	Arrive in Japan. Charter bus to hotel and then free time.	Toyoko Inn Nagoya Sakae Breakfast Included Next Morning
Thursday	June 23rd	Morning practice and then free time.	Toyoko Inn Nagoya Sakae Breakfast Included Next Morning
Friday	June 24th	9:00am - Depart hotel for organized sightseeing in Nagoya. Stops include Nagoya Castle and Osu Kannon Temple. 5:00pm - Meet hosts for Home-Stay with Japanese lacrosse players.	Japanese Home
Saturday	June 25th	International Friendship Games Nagoya main game at Handa Athletic Stadium in the city of Handa. 10:00am - Opening Ceremonies. 11:00am - U19 team game. 1:30pm - Open team game. 7:00pm - JLA Reception at KobeKan Restaurant.	Japanese Home
Sunday	June 26th	At Shonai Park Athletic Field, Nagoya. Game times TBA. Both teams check back into hotel after the games.	Toyoko Inn Nagoya Sakae Breakfast Included Next Morning
Monday	June 27th	7:00am - Charter bus leaves for Mt. Fuji area, hike foothills of Mt. Fuji., Gotemba Trailhead, 5th Station. 3:00pm - Check into Hotel Tokinosumika, a Gotemba hot springs resort.	Hotel Tokinosumika Breakfast Included Next Morning
Tuesday	June 28th	Morning - Sightseeing and free time at Gotemba hot springs resort. 12:00pm - Depart by charter bus for Tokyo. 5:00pm - Check into accommodations in Tokyo.	Hotel TBA Breakfast Included Next Morning
Wednesday	June 29th	9:00am - Depart for sightseeing around Tokyo.	Hotel TBA Breakfast Included Next Morning
Thursday	June 30th	Games at Oi-Dai Sports Complex Turf Field (Oi-2nd Field). Game times TBA. Go to Home-Stay with Japanese lacrosse players after the game.	Japanese Home
Friday	July 1st	Half day of sightseeing led by host and half day of free time. 5:00pm - Return to Home-Stay visit.	Japanese Home
Saturday	July 2nd	Day - Free time with host. Free things to do in Tokyo. Night Games at Oi-Dai Sports Complex Turf Field (Oi-2nd Field). Return to Olympic Village after the games.	Hotel TBA Breakfast Included Next Morning
Sunday	July 3rd	Day - Free time in Tokyo. Free things to do in Tokyo. 6:00pm - Farewell Party hosted by JLA.	Hotel TBA Breakfast Included Next Morning
Monday	July 4th	Charter bus to airport for flight to Los Angeles Airport (LAX).	You're Home
