Dr. Brandie Leach is currently in her seventh season as head coach of the Women’s Lacrosse Team at The University of Texas. The past six seasons, the team finished by playing the Divisional Championship Game and her fourth season, she took the team to Nationals and has taken them each year since! She continues her coaching education by attending the national lacrosse convention yearly and is a Level II Certified Coach. “I will never stop learning and I will always push my team to the next level!” Brandie started her playing career at Cherry Hill High School West in NJ. Among other awards, she was an All-American Center. She continued playing for three years with the Canadian National Team and the highlight of her career was playing in the 1993 World Cup in Edinborough, Scotland. She then decided to further her education while receiving her Bachelor of Science and Doctrine of Chiropractic. Currently she has a successful rehabilitation practice with her husband Chris and loves to spend time with her two children Jaden and Hunter. She is very passionate about coaching lacrosse and her goal is to positively motivate players to achieve whatever they set their minds to.
