UCSB Women's Lacrosse Overnight Visit Weekends For Accepted Students

Santa Barbara, CA - The UCSB women's lacrosse program is offering recruiting and overnight visit weekends for accepted high school seniors and transfer candidates who are interested in playing lacrosse at UCSB. The two nights of stay possible for high school seniors are April 7th and April 14th. The three nights of stay possible for transfer candidates are May 4th, 11th & 18th.

The April 7th weekend features a double header of lacrosse for recruits to watch before pairing up with hosts to experience all UCSB has to offer. The April 14th weekend features the general UCSB Admissions Spring Insight event, often called an Open House. May 4th, 11th & 18th for transfer candidates don't include any home games but will still be a great opportunity to experience UCSB. 

High School Seniors (Class of 2016)

Saturday, April 7th:
11:00am - UCSB 'A' vs. Chapman (Harder Stadium)
1:00pm - UCSB 'B' vs. Chapman (Rob Field Turf)
3:00pm - Pair up with host lacrosse players.

Saturday, April 14th:
All Day - UCSB Admissions Spring Insight Open House
3 to 5pm - Pair up with host lacrosse players.

Sunday, April 15th:
1:00pm - UCSB 'B' vs. LMU (Rob Field Turf)

The UCSB 'A' Team is away at Santa Clara the weekend of April 14th so recruits who would like to see an 'A' Team game can come visit UCSB for home games on March 30th or April 7th. If those don't work out then prospects may come back for the WWLL Championships weekend at UCSB April 21st & 22nd to watch both the UCSB 'A' Team and the UCSB 'B' Team in action.

Transfer Candidates

Accepted transfer students interested in UCSB women's lacrosse have May 4th, 11th & 18th as weekends to choose from for exploring UCSB and visiting overnight. Admissions calls these opportunities Gaucho Transfer Fridays.
