UCSB Plays Oregon on Saturday and Hosts 22 Teams on Sunday

Santa Barbara, CA - UCSB women's lacrosse will face the club from University of Oregon in a fall scrimmage on Saturday at 3pm on the UCSB Lacrosse Field (aka The Pit). The two teams last played each other in a 13-5 Gaucho win on April 5th at the Western States Tournament at Stanford. The game was tied 4-4 at halftime before UCSB broke it open with a 9-1 second half.

Sunday the Gauchos host their annual Santa Barbara Fall Brawl. Twenty-two teams will play a total of 32 games on four fields on Storke Field at UCSB. The Gauchos are fielding two teams of players and have six scrimmages. UCSB White will play Tricheck Lacrosse Club, Bulldogs Lacrosse Club and UCLA Gold.  UCSB Blue will play UNLV, Cal Poly Green and UCLA Blue. Tricheck is a team of post-collegiate lacrosse players and Bulldogs Lacrosse is a team made up of alumni and current players from NCAA DIII University of Redlands.
