Tonight's game against Mountain View High School has been cancelled due to weather. Practice will start back tomorrow at 5:30pm.

   For the first time since the Warriors went varsity in 2011, the North Atlanta lacrosse team has a winning record after winning its season opener against Archer High School, 12-2. Senior Ely Zarka led all scorers with 3 goals, while junior Will McCollum led all players with 2 assists. Junior Rob Woolfolk had 3 points in the game via 2 goals and an assist, and also led the team with 5 ground balls. Seniors Wyatt Whitaker and Will Wilson each added 2 goals and fellow senior Isaiah Sims added a goal. Freshmen Nicholas Rodman and Cameron Tyler each had a goal, and Rodman added an assist.

   The JV team was also victorious in their season opener, with an 11-0 shutout over Archer. Tyler, and fellow freshmen Steven Spears each scored 3 goals in the game, and freshmen Clarke McCollum added 2 goals. Sophomore Tai Lewis and freshmen Hunter Riggall and Nicholas Rodman each added their own goal.

   Both teams will be in action on Saturday, February 23rd, when the North Atlanta Lacrosse program hosts Forsyth Central Boys and Girls. The Girls' game will start at 11:00am, Boys Varsity starts at 1:00pm, and JV will end the day at 3:00pm. Come out and cheer on your Warriors!

   The Warriors will take on Parkview High School on April 18th at 5:00pm. Both the Parkview and North Atlanta coaches are currently trying to add a JV game.

   The March March 29th game against SW Dekalb High School, has been moved from Avondale Stadium, Sw Dekalb's home field, to North Atlanta High School.

   The March 18th JV game against Forsyth Central is being changed to a different date, and once a date has been chosen, the schedule will be updated.

Conditioning starts today for the 2013 season! All players not participating in a winter sport is expected to be on the track in workout clothes and sneakers, at 3:45pm. Dress in layers and bring weather appropriate clothing.
