Practice Begins 3/1/2014

Madlax had its first practice of the season on Saturday March 1 at our home field at Elkton Middle School.  The players were a little rusty, but overall we had a good day. Our practice schedule is Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday at 5pm til dark.   Saturdays will be 9am until 11am.  We are anticipating being able to secure a practice field in Harrisonburg behind the DMV office off of South Main St.   This will help cut down the expense of gas since most of our players live either in the city limits or just outside near the RMH campus just to the east of town.  We also have 2 eighth graders who have joined the team.  They probably will not play in games but, they will work out with the varsity players and participate in all the drills during practice.  This will be great experience for them in preparation for next season.  If you have a 7th or 8th grader that wants to join the club and learn the game this is a great opportunity.
