West Coast Starz Club Team
West Coast Starz is a club program that players can tryout for in the fall and summer off-seasons. This is the program that Del Norte Lacrosse recommends that players join in the off-season.
WCS Mission:
- Help the athletes develop leadership skills, good sportsmanship, and a love of the game of lacrosse.
- Help develop player skills by coordinating practices and instructional sessions with skilled coaches.
- Provide opportunities for athletes to participate in area, regional and national lacrosse tournaments.
- Assist players who wish to play lacrosse at the collegiate level gain appropriate visibility to the college recruiting process and provide players and their parents a resource to help evaluate post-high school lacrosse options.

SUMMER 2016 Tryout Information
Registration is open, so please go in and register so we can start planning our numbers ASAP (hit 'register and pay' and then select the summer tryout for $25).

Location: Rancho Santa Fe Middle School Cost: $25 (register here in advance) Times: Middle School 10am-12pm 2019s 12-2pm 2018 & 2017s 2-4pm
Note: we will also be holding a 'garage sale' on site of remaining WCS gear from the last few seasons, proceeds will all go towards hosting a fun program event to kick off the summer season.
Our plan is to field the following teams - and we will add additional teams if the interest and commitment to tournaments is there:
2017 Gold: Pacific Lacrosse Festival, Western Cup, Summer Splash
2018 Gold: Pacific Lacrosse Festival, Western Cup, Capital Cup (note dates)
2019 Gold: Pacific Lacrosse Festival, Western Cup, Capital Cup (note dates)
2018/19 Blue*: Summer Storm, Pacific Lacrosse Festival, Summer Splash
2020: Summer Storm, US Lacrosse U15 Midwest, Summer Splash
2021/22*: Summer Storm, Pacific Lacrosse Festival, Summer Splash
*combined age teams unless we have enough numbers to make separate teams
