Mission Lacrosse Club For Girls Starts New

The UCSB coaching staff is starting a travel team for high school girls in the greater Santa Barbara area. All high school girls in the 805 area code will be eligible to try-out. One team of 24 girls from 9th - 12th grades will be selected for the first summer of play. Mission Lacrosse will eventually expand to having a team per graduation year for girls in 6th - 12th grades. 

Mission lacrosse will practice at UCSB.  Two summer tournaments will be required of each player and a third tournament will be optional. The club fee will include everything except U.S. Lacrosse membership and travel expenses. It will include coaching, practices, facilities, tournament entry fees, uniforms and two private lessons. It is anticipated all tournaments will be in the state of California the first year and be a mix of Northern California, Central California and Southern California locations. 

Try-outs for the first girl's lacrosse travel team in the 805 area code will be the first weekend after the CIF season is completed. Please join our Mailing List or return here for more information as it becomes available.
