Coach Pendergast is in his third season coaching the Claremont Men's Lacrosse Team. He is entering his 29th season as a coach. He has coached at many places from NCAA D1 at Harvard University to the high school level at La Salle High School where he is currently a teacher. He played an array of sports from football to hockey and lacrosse in high school. While attending Harvard Univsersity, he was a varsity athlete as a lacrosse goalie. During his time at Harvard, he was the co-captain his senior year, has an honorable mention All-American in 83, was All-Ivy and All New England in '82 and '83, and was the Herman Hammerman Award Winner in '83.
