12:00 PM - UCSB Lacrosse Benefit Golf Tournament. 
  9:00 PM - Reception @ Joe's Cafe.

Saturday
10:00 AM - SBCC WLAX & SBCC Alumni vs. UCSB White.
11:00 AM - WLAX Alumni Game (Alumni vs. School Team).
12:30 PM - MLAX HOF Game.

Saturday Night
  6:30 PM - MLAX Hall of Fame Banquet at UCSB Faculty Club.
10:00 PM - Final Party @ Eos Night Club. Cover charge waived for lacrosse alumni who get past the ID check before 11pm and say they're UCSB lacrosse alumni. Additionally, special courtesy has been extended by EOS promoter Whitney Van Pelt for UCSB Lacrosse Alumni to use the shorter VIP line.

Air Travel, Hotels and Rental Vehicles With Santa Barbara Travel Bureau

Santa Barbara Travel Bureau is the official travel agency of the UCSB Women's Lacrosse Alumni Weekend.  All travel needs may now be arranged with an e-mail or a phone call to one contact. Group travel and meeting specialist Erin Zetter has everything you need at her finger tips. Through Santa Barbara Travel all alumni coming back to UCSB may secure air travel, hotel rooms and rental cars.

Hotel Located in Downtown Santa Barbara Near The Beach (20 Minutes From UCSB)

The annual UCSB Lacrosse Alumni Weekend featured a series of games at the UCSB Lacrosse Field (aka The Pit). The UCSB men's team took care of business in their game against their alumni and won 12-5. Following that show the UCSB women's lacrosse alumni game commenced. UCSB led 4-2 at halftime against an alumni team featuring 7 former WDIA or WCLA All-Americans. A strong second half propelled the alumni past the current Gauchos for the first alumni win in the history of the series. It was a last second goal with 1 second left on the clock that won it for the alumni.

UCSB had a 2 goal lead at halftime, led by as many as 4 goals midway through the second half and led by 2 goals with a few minutes left in the game. The alumni started clicking with a little over 5 minutes to go and mounted a rally. The alumni pulled to within a goal with less than two minutes left and trailed just 6-7. They then won the draw to get possession. A flurry of alumni shots were either saved, caromed off the pipe or shot wide but eventually one of the shots tied it 7-7 with 45 seconds remaining in the running clock game. Another alumni draw control and two quick passes led to a last second shot by Sam Lutz ('10) and she scored it for an 8-7 alumni win.

The last game of the day was the inaugural SBCC vs. UCSB White game. UCSB led 10-3 at halftime and won 15-11. SBCC coach Ashley Antoon-Algieri, UCSB assistant coach Anna Rogers and current UCSB starter and SBCC alum Jordan Venetis played for SBCC in this one. Strong play by the UCSB team comprised mostly of their freshmen worked together to overcome SBCC and their ringers.
