UCSB Picks Up Forfeit Win at Pepperdine
Malibu, CA - UCSB made the trip to Pepperdine and got a forfeit win over the Waves. The Gauchos made the trip even though Pepperdine had declared they were going to forfeit for not having enough players to fill a team for the game. UCSB gave Pepperdine three players at a time during the scrimmage. The result was the Gauchos got some action in a game situation following 10 days off from final exams and spring break. Sixth ranked UCSB plays at the Rocky Mountain Shootout on Friday and open with 7th ranked BYU.
