Gauchos Down Alumni in Fall Ball Finale
 Santa Barbara, CA - UCSB made short work of their alumni in the wrap up game of their Fall Ball by free-wheeling to a 12-1 half-time lead at the UCSB Lacrosse Field. Twenty-one alumni returned for the game and half of them had WWLL All-League and WDIA All-American credentials. It didn't phase the current Gauchos who sprinted to a 7-0 lead before Katie LaJoie ('07) finally put in a solo goal to bring it within 6 goals at 7-1.UCSB finished the half with a 5-0 run to distance themselves from the hint of a comeback.  The second half was played at a more merciful pace and the Gauchos outscored the alumni 7-5 for the 19-6 final decision.
