Quickness Workout Doc

1)  Follow the workout on page one.
2)  This is the minimum workout.
3)  If it's not enough for you then add another repetition or add your own sprint drills to it.

Recovery - Eat a post workout recovery snack or meal with good protein 30 to 45 minutes after your workout.
