Strength Workout Doc

1) Print your workout sheet, write in your name, fill in rep's, counts and weight for each workout.
2) Submit to Peter Aguilar on first day back.
3) Questions, e-mail Peter at peter.aguilar@sa.ucsb.edu.

Recovery - Eat a post workout recovery snack or meal with good protein 30 to 45 minutes after your workout.
