UCSB Womens Lacrosse - Events

Interval Run For 30 Minutes

When:Sun, Nov 27, 2011, 12:00am - 11:00pm

Details:

Warm up, then on the run change speeds from 50% effort to 90% effort on a trail or on a track. Go for 30 minutes without stopping. Pick a landmark in the distance for your 90% effort pace and run to it. The goal is to elevate your heart rate during the 90% effort pace and let it almost recover during the 50% effort pace.
