Donna Nagle is in her first year as an assistant coach at UCSB. Her primary role is asssistant coach for the B Team but she is also the UCSB coach in charge of developing youth girl's lacrosse in the greater Santa Barbara area. Donna most recently coached at Martha's Vineyard High School in New England, having served as the assistant coach there 2005 - 2008. Prior to that she was the head coach at Landrum Middle School in Ponte Vedra, Florida and the assistant coach at Nease High School in St. Augustine, Florida during the 2004 season. Additional coaching experience comes from stints at Wayland High School (Wayland, Mass), the Concord Recreation Department (Concord, Mass) and at Frederick L. Chamberlain Middle School (Middleboro Mass) as a Physical Education teacher.
