AT UC SANTA BARBARA
2008: Sam Lutz enters her second season in the UCSB program. Good stick skills coupled with a nose for the goal will help Lutz contribute to the Gaucho offense. Experience gained during playing time at WDIA Nationals, after being moved up from the UCSB 'B' Team for the post-season, puts her in a position to help UCSB right away.
2007: Voted MVP Attacker for the UCSB 'B' Team as a freshman.
BEFORE UC SANTA BARBARA
Prepped at
Rancho Bernardo High School in San Diego, California. Voted MVP Attacker for her high school team as a senior in 2006...Also competed in dance, gymnastics and played field hockey in high school.
