2008: Ashley Antoon-Algieri enters her first season in the UCSB program. The crafty attacker keeps herself moving without the ball and has a nice collection of stick fakes and pinpoint accurate shots in close. Rides hard while re-defending to get the ball back after turnovers and opponent saves.

Prepped at California High School in San Ramon, California. USL All-American as a junior in 2007...Four year starter for her high school team after going out on a whim to support a friend during try-outs...Team MVP as a sophomore, junior and senior...Also played soccer in high school.
