AT UC SANTA BARBARA
2008: Kristen Dickey is one of three captains on the UCSB 'A' Team and a three year starter on attack. Will provide leadership for an offense that new head coach Paul Ramsey hopes will score 60% of it's goals on assists with Dickey being a 50/50 goals/assists "quarterback" type of player for the Gauchos. Has a cannon for a shot and will draw early slides from opposing defenses since she's a threat to sneak one in from anywhere within 10 yards of the goal.
2007: Voted Offensive MVP as a junior.
BEFORE UC SANTA BARBARA
Prepped at Davis Senior High School in Davis, California. Captain of the Davis Senior High School JV team as a sophomore and captain of the varsity team
as a senior. Second team all-league sophomore and junior years. Other
sports played include basketball, golf, soccer, swimming, tennis and
track.
