UCLA Seeks New "B" Team Head Coach
Jun. 21, 2008 The UCLA Women’s Lacrosse team is seeking an individual to be the head coach of its “B” team and to occasionally assist with the “A” team. Part-time position, stipend provided. Responsibilities include: teaching the game to players of various levels of experience, including some who have never played; planning and leading practices; planning for and coaching games; limited administrative duties. Practices are 2 hours in the late afternoon or evening, 3 days/week from October to December and 4 days/week January to May. Games are on Saturdays and Sundays from February to May. Previous lacrosse playing and/or coaching experience is required. Expertise in defensive techniques and strategies is preferred.
