Devan Gallagher Graduate Assistant Email:

Gallagher is a four-year veteran of the team and has returned for the 2011 season to continue to be a part of the program.  As an assistant, Gallagher works primarily with the defense, developing skills and defensive strategy.

Gallagher began his playing career as a freshman at Klein High School.  There he was a starter all four years and earned all-state honors as a senior.   Gallagher then continued his lacrosse career as a Bobcat.  During his career at Texas Sate, the Bobcats made three LSA final-four appearances.  Gallagher also earned all-conference honors both his junior and senior seasons, as well as served as team captain during the 2008 campaign.

Gallagher is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Secondary Education at Texas State University.  He hopes to become a high-school lacrosse coach after the completion of his Master’s.
