SOU Announce 2012-2013 Captains

The SOU Men's Lacrosse Team is pleased to announce the 2012-2013 Team Captains.  

The SOU players and coaches have voted in four captains for the upcoming season:

#44 Justin Cooper-Junior-Defense.  Cooper came to SOU from Walnut Creek, CA as an attack man in 2011.  In 2012 Cooper moved to Defense to fill a need in the SOU line-up.  Cooper earned his votes via vocal leadership and effort throughout the last two seasons.  The SOU coaching staff will look to Cooper to lead the Raider-Hawk Defense this season.

#13 Tom Halley-Junior-Attack.  Tom came to SOU in 2010 from Wilson HS in Portland,OR starting at Attack and earning All PNCLL Honors as a freshman.  Tom took 2011 off and returned to SOU last year where he earned 1st team All PNCLL and led the Raiders in scoring.  

#22 Nick Perry-Junior-Midfield.  Nick enters his third season as a Raider hailing from Pleasanton,CA and Amador Valley HS.  Nick is the silent leader of the team.  He leads by example, effort, and off of the field behavior.  In his two years playing for the Raiders Nick has played on Man Down Defense, Long Stick Midfielder, short stick midfielder, and Extra Man Offense.

#4- Max Raynor-Senior-Midfield-  Max came to SOU from San Francisco, CA 4 years ago.  In his time at SOU he has proven his desire and love for the game via his edge workouts off of the field.  Max has been the guy playing wall ball, asking for a bucket of balls to do extra shooting with, doing extra sprints, and hitting the weight room hard.  

The SOU coaching staff is pleased to announce these four as your 2013 captains and look forward to them leading this young SOU team to a great season!
