SOU Announces 2010 Roster
SOU is pleased to announce our roster for the 2010 season. Our defense will return all of our starting defense men from the 2009 season. Carter Boggess returns to Goal after being away from SOU for over a year. Greg Morelli also returns to the goal after starting the majority of our 2009 season and letting in just 7 goals per game. The close defense will be led by Sr. #17 Joe Roberts (two-time PNCLL Honors), Jr. #27 Jack Pfeiffer (PNCLL 2nd Team 2009), and So. #37 Matt Kegel. Back to solidify the close D are LSM's #42 Joey Moseanko (PNCLL 2nd Team 2009) and #9 Landon Spady (PNCLL 1st Team 2008). Leading the SOU offense will be Sr. Attack #1 Tyler Baumann (2 time PNCLL Honors), Sr. #6 Bubba VanEgdom (3rd Team All-American 2009), and Midfield Captain #11 Jr. Lump McQuown. Lump was injured for the majority of last year and we are looking forward to having him for a full season. Rounding out the Attack will be two Freshman, #22 Tom Halley from Wilson HS in Portland, and #40 Calvin Christensen from the Waterford HS in Salt Lake City, UT. Freshman #5 Erik Main (Redding, CA), Jr. #3 Stephen Davenport, So. #2 Patrick Verdun, So. #4- Max Reynor, Jr #00- Mike Hughes, and #14 Jr. Nate Gregg will be expected to contribute to our midfield production. SOU adds 6 other freshman that all have the ability to contribute this season. You can view our full roster under the roster section. The season is upon us!!
