SOU gets first 10 win season defeating D1 San Jose St. 10-8
SOU completed their spring break sweep by winning on Tuesday in San Jose. SOU was led by Sr. Captain #20 Alex White who scored 4 goals and handed out 2 assists. Sophmore midfielder #3 Stephen Davenport had a solid game w/ 1 goal and 2 assists. #6 Bubba VanEgdom continued his f/o dominance winning 13 of 17 vs. the D1 competition. SOU took control of the game in the third after leading 5-3 at the half to go into the 4th leading 10-5. The score would remain this way until the last 3 minutes of the game when we let in 3 quick goals including one w/ 1 second left on the clock for the final score of 10-8. Game ball goes to #2 Patrick Verdun for his heart, hustle, gb's, and clearing. Here's to you #43 Scotty!!
