Two SOU Players Earn All-America AwardsMay. 25, 2014 Seniors #9 Matt Kegel and #13 Tom Halley were selected to the MCLA All-America HM Team. Kegel anchored the SOU Defense this Season always drawing the opponents best Attack player. Kegel caused 40+ turnovers, collected over 30 ground balls, scored 2 goals, dished out 2 assists, while only ending up in the penalty box for 1:30 minutes. Halley led SOU's Offense this Season breaking SOU's All-Time Record for most goals scored in a Career at 154, 56 of which he scored this season, taking over the spot previously held by SOU All-American Alex White. Halley finishes his Career at SOU #1 in goals scored, # 2 in points, #4 in PNCLL All-Time Goals scored, and #7 in PNCLL All-Time in Points scored.
