SOU Announce 2013 Team Awards
SOU Men's Lacrosse is pleased to announce the 2013 team awards. The Warrior Award- Freshman Ian Wilborn- Ian embodies everything this award stands; honoring the game, heart, toughness, dedication, and determination. UnSung Hero Award- Junior Nick Perry- This is the first time this award has gone to a Captain of the team. Nick earned this award because he is consistent, positive, always gives his full effort, coachable, and most importantly, does all of the detail work correctly that doesn't show up on the stat sheet. Team MVP- Sr. Max Raynor- Max played through pain during his Sr. year after having surgery over the Thanksgiving Break that never healed completely. Max showed what hard work and dedication can due in his time at SOU as he was on the 3rd line midfield as a Freshman ending up as SOU's leading midfield scorer in his last two seasons. Congrats to all of you and SOU is grateful to have you as part of the family!
