WWLL Playoffs.

The Broncos return from the Western Women's Lacrosse League (WWLL) Division I Playoff Tournament as #5 this weekend. After a tough loss to UC Davis (16-21 L) on Saturday, Santa Clara played in 2 consolation games, defeating University of Arizona (15-14 W) and Cal Poly (20-14 W) for the #5 spot in the West.

This year, the league recognized the following players for the All Star Teams:

Burke, Maggie - First Team WWLL All Star

Pestana, Maria - First Team WWLL All Star

Zeitlin, Mayan - Second Team WWLL All Star

In addition, Burke, Maggie (Captain and Team President) was named the WWLL Division I Most Valuable Player.
