Seven Santa Clara Players Receive All-Star Awards

Last, night at the Western Women's Lacrosse League Awards Ceremony, seven Broncos received awards.

First Team WWLL All-Star: senior Krista Shaw (Midfield), junior Gracie Binder (Attack), junior Renee Eligio (Goalie) and freshman Maggie Burke (Midfield)

Second Team WWLL All-Star: senior Jamie Staudt (Defense), senior Ellen Metzger (Defense)

Last, senior Krista Shaw also received the award of being named the Western Women's Lacrosse League MVP for 2010.  This is Krista's second time receiving the award, the last being in 2008.
