Informational Meeting - New/Returning Players

If you are interested in trying out for the 2009/10 women's lacrosse team, please attend an informational meeting on:

Wednesday - September 23rd at 6:30 PM  

Location: Daly Science - Room 207 

You MUST bring the following COMPLETED forms to the meeting:

• Informed Consent & Release of Liability Form
• Conduct Guidelines

Forms for players with a car at school

• Driving Form

• Bring a copy of your current driver's license and proof of auto insurance
