Santa Barbara Winter Showdown Referee Application U.S. Lacrosse rated referees who would like to work at the Santa Barbara Showdown please fill out the on-line form below. A copy of your information will be forwarded to our assigner. Please do not make hotel or flight reservations that cannot be cancelled before receiving confirmation from the assignor no later than 5 weeks before the tournament. If you are thinking about changing your commitment please contact the assignor directly before making any decision. Thank you. Compensation is $60 per short game per referee plus lunch provided each day. The $60 is a flat rate that has +$10 per game built in to help with other expenses.
