On the defensive end, Mike Argyros (#1) led the Panthers with 5 groundballs, followed by Colin Peck (#19), Burke Bodo (#27), and Josh Sutterfield (#4) who had 4 each. Goalies Travis O’Connor (#30) and Chris Wimbrow (#32) held down the goal with 7 saves each, keeping the Bobcats from scoring throughout the game. The University of Pittsburgh Panthers were on fire during the last home game of the season against the Ohio University Bobcats. Graduating seniors Tyler Novotny (#14) and Joe Grmusa (#21) gave it their all on the field with three goals each, helping the Panthers secure a victory before several challenging away games in the upcoming month. The Panthers’ bench also stepped up today, with 11 players scoring and 14 players contributing to the team’s 18 goals.
