Panthers Headed to National Tournament

Pittsburgh, PA—The Panthers have secured a spot in the National Tournament in Greenville, South Carolina. Pitt enters the tourney as the number ten seed and will face UC – Santa Barbara in the first round.

The Panthers received one of six at-large bids to the tournament after suffering a loss to Michigan State in the CCLA Championship game. This is the first time in history that the Panthers have participated in the postseason tournament. “Its exciting that were finally going to the big dance,” remarked senior defenseman Eric O’Neill.

All MCLA tournament games will be streamed live on the league’s website, mcla.us. Cheer on your Panthers as they make a big postseason push!
