Off-Season Conditioning & Equipment Use

Off Season Conditioning sessions are every Monday and Wednesday evenings @ 7:00 PM.

Players must complete the following form and have an active US Lacrosse Membership:

No payments are required for conditioning.

Players wanting to use program owned equipment in off-season rpograms need to complete the Equipment Usage Agreement and turn it in to Dave Slovina (david.slovina@missionep.com)‎ with a $50 usage fee payment ($25 will be credited to the participation fee.)
