Off-Season Equipment Usage

Players wanting to use program owned equipment in the off-season for summer camps, summer leagues, etc. need to complete the Equipment Usage Agreement and turn it in to Dave Slovina (david.slovina@missionep.com)‎ with a $50 usage fee payment.
