Here is Worthington News preview for the 2015 Wolves:

Wolves looking to build on last season

Kilbourne coach Drew May would like to see his team improve on last season, when it finished 14-6 overall and shared the OCC-Buckeye title with UA.

The Wolves, who ended last season with a 13-12 overtime loss to Olentangy in a Division I Central Region semifinal as the third seed, open Sunday, March 29, at Penn Yan (N.Y.) Academy.

"Our goals never change," said May, who is in his sixth season leading the program. "We want to win our league and the state championship. All signs point to Upper Arlington being the team to beat in our league since they are the three-time defending state champions, but Dublin Jerome, Olentangy Liberty and Olentangy are all very strong, too."

Five players who started or saw significant playing time last season are back in seniors Michael Calvert (defender/ long-stick midfielder), Joe Davis (midfielder), Tyler Roe (attacker) and Mike Viera (defender/long-stick midfielder) and junior attacker Jared Happ.

Davis and Roe both were second-team all-league last year.

Viera is an Ohio State recruit and senior midfielder Michael Roman has committed to Otterbein.

Also expected to contribute are seniors Ryan Agner (midfielder), Jacob Eymann (goalie), Johnny Mack (midfielder), Rylan Reese (midfielder), Noah Spegal (midfielder) and Ryan Willis (attacker) and juniors Connor Alley (attacker), Keegan Bartok (midfielder), Alex Cash (long-stick midfielder), Nick Catanzarite (defender), Luke LeVette (attacker), Jack Maloney (midfielder), Garrett McCarthy (midfielder), Chris Reynolds (goalie), Michael Richards (defender) and Jake Weirick (midfielder).

"I like the way our team defense is coming together as a cohesive unit and how our offense is playing as one," May said.

"We're going to have a lot of different players contribute this season."
