Coach Erdlitz is entering his first year at Worthington Kilbourne. He comes from Dublin Coffman where he coached the offense during the 2015 and 2016 seasons. Coffman boasted a 31-10 record, a school record 18-win season in 2016, and school-record goals in a season during his time there. Coffman also made the regional finals (each year), for the first time since 2002. Prior to that coach Erdlitz coached at Pickerington Central from 2011 to 2014, where he won back-to-back OCC crowns and a school-record 17 win season. Coach Erdlitz has also been coaching for Resolute Lacrosse Club since 2013. Coach Erdlitz played 4 years of lacrosse at Ohio Wesleyan University.
