Registration Forms 2013 Season

REGISTRATION FOR THE 2013 SEASON IS STILL OPEN!

For 2013 mail-in registration please print out document, sign and enclose registration check made payable to BMYL.

Checks/forms can be mailed to: BMYL  P.O. Box 1746   Shavertown, PA  18708.

Girls uniform deposits should be a separate check.  These will not be cashed unless uniform is not returned at end of season.
