Registration Information 2010

Registrations may be mailed with payment to:

          BMYL

          Shavertown, PA  18708 

• Mail-in registrations will be accepted until December 7, 2009. 
• Checks should be made payable to BMYL. 

  Any registration received after that date will be assessed a $20.00 late registration fee.
• Birth Certificate copies are required for new players OR players who do not have certificates on file (to be determined by BMYL).  If using mail-in registration, please send these in with your registration fee.  Note: High School level players and Girls League participants are not required to have birth certificates on file. 

 FEES for 2010 Season

Registration cost for Girls Intramural league (Grades 1-4) is $50.00. 

Registration cost for Girls League (Grades 5-8 and High School) is $75.00. This fee includes a year membership to US Lacrosse and a year subscription to Lacrosse Magazine.

Registration cost for Boys League is $100.00. This fee includes a year membership to US Lacrosse and a year subscription to Lacrosse Magazine.  

2010 Fundraising options are as follows:

          Mandatory: 10 “Night at the Races” tickets to sell @$10/ticket per family.

          NATR tickets will be available at equipment handout on January 23, 2010.

          NATR Buyout Option is $75.00 payable by January 23, 2010.

          NATR tickets will need to be handed in by March 7, 2010.          

Also available is an optional ESPN magazine sale.  A two-year subscription (52 issues) sells for $40.00.  The player will receive a “rebate” check of $15.00 per subscription sold and BMYL will keep $15.00 per subscription.  Details for this sale will follow but, this will be a great way to offset the cost of registration.
