Coach Norman Deena originally hails from the lacrosse mecca of New England, beginning his playing days in schools in Long Island, New York.

He attended West Point and went on to become a lacrosse coach, an educator and an inspiration for youth, as he used lacrosse as a tool to teach respect, honor and build character. He has prior coaching experience after coaching multiple seasons coaching at Bishop Watterson and Pickerington North Varsity Programs. While with North he led them to win 2 OCC Titles.
