Vikings leave Sacramento undefeated!

The feelings after a tie in athletics has often been described as "like kissing your sister/brother."  In the case of the Vikings who arrived in Sacramento with three key injuries, a 1-1 tie in an abbreviated game with MCLA Division I foe, Chico State, isn't all that bad.  Having shots "clank" off the pipes of the goal three or four times during the game, the Vikings outplayed the Wildcats; with a bit of luck the Vikings would have come away with the victory.  In the second game versus American River College, the Vikings outlasted  the Beavers, in a spirited game 7-3.  Next up for the Vikings, University of Pacific at DVC, this Saturday night, October 5th, at 7:15 p.m.
