Scottsdale, AZ - Three UCSB players were named WDIA First Team All-American at the tournament opening banquet at the Marriott McDowell Mountains in Scottsdale. Seniors Maggie Aker (Oakland, CA), Monora Seth (San Diego, CA) and junior Ashley Antoon-Algieri (San Ramon, CA) all repeated as WDIA First Team All-Americans. Midfielders Aker and Antoon-Algieri and defender Seth were First Team in 2009. Aker nabbed her third All-American team having been second team in 2008.

Then, in a return trip to the podium, Aker and Seth grabbed two more individual post-season awards. Aker was named WDIA Midfielder of the Year and Seth was named WDIA Co-Defender of the Year, sharing the honor with Lindsey Hudek of Colorado State.
