LaxFest & LAX on the Lake Recap

Spring Lake Lacrosse LaxFest and Lax On The Lake

On behalf of the Spring Lake Lacrosse Board, we would like to congratulate ALL of our Laker teams for great success at our tournaments played at the Shipyard (The ‘Yard) the past two weekends. Laker Lacrosse is on the rise and continues to make noise for all the right reasons!

LaxFest Results:

Spring Lake vs Grand Haven with teams competing from 3-4 through Varsity. Spring Lake took this rivalry to a new level of domination.

Laker teams went 6-1-1 including a spotlight win for the Varsity Boys Team 13-1 over Grand Haven. We recorded our largest attendance with amazing support from our fans, youth players and the entire SL Lacrosse Organization!

Both JV and Varsity teams remain undefeated with 7-0 records, including a Varsity #2 state ranking in Division 2 and #10 in the Inside Lacrosse poll which includes all teams in Michigan.

Lax On The Lake Results:

Spring Lake vs Grandville and Hudsonville with teams competing from 3-4 through Varsity. In the second edition of this tournament, the Lady Lakers continue to impress at all age groups.

Lakers teams went 4-1-1 including an impressive win for the Varsity Girls Team 12-4 over Hudsonville. An amazing atmosphere again showed us that Laker Nation support is second to none.

The growth and success of SL Lacrosse would not be possible without the drive and support of our incredible volunteer base…coaches, managers, directors and of course the parents who enthusiastically give countless hours to our program.

The SL Lacrosse Board continues to provide leadership to enhance our athletes’ experiences and opportunities in the sport of lacrosse. The time and dedication, as well as the demands to push forward by this talented group is evident in the results achieved by the SL Lacrosse Organization.

WE ARE 301 LAKER STRONG…and will continue to grow.
