Summer League Registration is now officially open.  Please be aware that we had to change our game nights from Tuesdays to WEDNESDAY'S due to scheduling conflicts with our field.  Do not fret, Regents Pizzeria is still our after party where we get great discounts on food and drinks!

 

Summer League dates run every weds night beginning June 14th - August 16th with the exception that there are no games on Wednesday, July 5th (the week of 4th of July per usual).  Games are at 6PM and 7PM- schedule will come out the week before we begin.  Registration is 1st come, 1st serve.  Registration closes once we reach 80 participants.  After that, we will have a waiting list!

 

Please keep in mind that there are registration options for those who are members and for those who are not members and whether are not you already have a summer league jersey or not.  You will see this on the registration page.  If you are not sure if you're a member of SDC, just ask :)  

 

Q:Who can play in Summer League?   

A: Anyone who has had at least 1 year at the varsity high school level, to collegiate players to post collegiate players.

We require all of our summer league players to be members of US Lacrosse.  If you have any questions regarding that, please ask. 

For informational purposes, we do ask on the registration form-"Please list 3 other people you would like to play with"- that does not guarantee that you will be on the same team as those other people. When forming teams, we do our very best to match skill level with established friendships, team bonding and years played, but please be aware that you may only get to play on the same team as 1 other person you listed.  We are aware that this may effect carpooling for the younger players, etc, but we can not give refunds unless there is an extenuating circumstance as to why you can no longer play- not because you're not on the same team as your best friend.  Summer League is a casual atmosphere, but you will be challenged, mentally and physically, and have the chance to hone your skills, make new friends and grow the game of lacrosse.  We thank all of our veterans for returning year after year and we welcome the newbies because we can't wait to meet you and share the game we love.
